Things have been super busy. December was super busy too and with documenting our elf adventures daily I sorta impose a little hiatus for a few weeks.
Anyhow, here are 2 of the most recent cakes I did.
The first is for Joyce, the secretary at our church. She's retiring and I made a huge whipped cream cake, half vanilla, half chocolate. It tasted delicious and was huge! 14" by 28"!
The second is for a 12 year old girl's birthday party...she loves mermaids and she has a special place in my heart as I used to have her in my daycare.
