Pumpkin Carving

We did some pumpkin carving this weekend in preparation for Halloween on Wednesday.  Our pumpkins had been purchased awhile ago when the kids were with Grandma and Grandpa and they were getting to be a bit soft so it was high time to carve them.

They had fun but were happy to go inside afterwards for hot chocolate.  It's been raining here all weekend and there is more to come all week too.
