These days we're pretty busy.
I'm back to work and have another wonderful little boy around during the day...it's fun but oh so busy!
We're busy with daycare, kinder-preschool, back to my SCDiet (for my Crohn's Disease since I couldn't tolerate a lot of regular food anymore lately), and Ian's super-busy with the start of school.
The kids are crazy-tired at the end of the day with our new school-routine (it takes a LOT out of them) so we try to take it easy....this past weekend I showed the kids some Full House reruns and they're obsessed! Same with Little House on the Prairie...good laughs.
I'll catch up soon!
Oh, and creating the saying "I so pretty" brought me back to this. Seriously, Austen was 3 and Megan 5. It's one of our best videos of Austen EVER! Click HERE to watch it: I sooooo prettty!

ReplyDeleteIt certainly is busy getting back into school routines. What a fun idea to watch those shows... we were reading Little House in the Big Woods this summer and I should find those shows on tv and dvr them for watching later. We love watching movies as our downtime to... the kids LOVED Mirror Mirror (movie about Snow White).
I hope you feel better soon... my brother-in-law suffers with Crohn's Disease but has been managing it better recently as they went dairy-free in their house and my sister controls almost everything they eat (he has little self-control). Take care.

I have some time this morning (well not really but it is so easy to just sit here and go through blogs...) and found a blog on your list called "stack of Plates". I read her second last posting and it made me CRY. Just read it.. you probably have already but it spoke right to my heart.

I meant to comment on your last post too...time got away from me. I still have a few years before all 4 are in school but I am not sure how I'll do either :) I don't envy you right now...hope you're doing ok :)
DeleteIsn't Little House great? I borrowed a bunch of my sister's VHS tapes (she used to get the LHontheP videos sent to her when she was little) and the kids have loved it. It used to be on tv but with the new line-ups in September I can't seem to find it anymore.
I've struggled with Crohn's since I was about 19 or 20. I had surgery right before Megan to remove part of my intestines and I've been a lot better. Every so often it comes back in full force though and I have to go back on my "almond flour" diet :)
