We've got a busy week this week....Megan and Austen have their family skating party tomorrow and I'm baking tons of cupcakes to prepare...
...we've also got Ian's birthday on Thursday and my mom is coming for a visit...
..lots to do! Better get at it!
UPDATE:
It's 1:00 PM ad I'm done! Yay! They turned out so cute (I think). They're french vanilla cupcakes with chocolate ganache and homemade buttercream icing on top with sprinkles. I had to make some gluten-free ones too so all in all, I made over 100. I am done! I hope they enjoy them tomorrow at the birthday party (along with a hot chocolate bar after skating).
